Terms of Service

The service

Videro processes your Twitch broadcasts into edited, ready-to-post videos, and can upload finished videos to a YouTube channel you connect. Features may change over time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract to purchase a paid plan. You sign in with Twitch and are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it.

Your content and rights

You keep ownership of your broadcasts and the videos Videro produces for you. You represent that you own or have all rights to the content you process, and that processing and publishing it does not violate any law or anyone else's rights, including the terms of Twitch and YouTube. You grant Videro a limited license to store, process, and transform your content solely to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

• Don't process content you don't own or have the rights to use.
• Don't upload or create illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to overload the service.

Plans, billing, and free trial

• Plans. Creator and Pro, billed monthly via Stripe. The annual option is the same plan at a discounted monthly rate. Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Free trial. Your first 2.5 hours are free. A payment method is required up front, but you are not charged until your usage exceeds 2.5 hours — at that point your selected plan begins and your card is charged.
• Metering.Each video uses a minimum of 2.5 hours and is rounded up to the next 30 minutes. Included hours reset each billing period and do not roll over. If you reach your plan's hour or storage limit, you must upgrade or wait for the next period.
• Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will try to make it right.
• Price changes. We may change prices with notice; changes take effect on your next billing period.

Storage

Each plan includes a storage allowance. For each video you choose whether to keep it editable (which stores the full stream) or final-only (smaller). Final-only videos cannot be re-edited. We may remove content if you exceed your allowance or close your account.

Third-party services

Videro depends on Twitch, Google/YouTube, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Service availability and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee any particular result, accuracy, or performance of the videos Videro produces.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Videro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Videro at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm Videro or others.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here, and your continued use of Videro means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in the operator's jurisdiction.
